Nine men on trial in Manchester accused of either taking part in abuse or encouraging offending on internet

A husband who invited other men to rape and sexually assault his wife arranged for “more and more individuals” to visit his marital home as he resolved “to satisfy his own perversity”, a jury has been told.

The husband, who is in his 60s and from Stockport in Greater Manchester, has pleaded guilty to more than 60 offences against his wife. He cannot be named in order to protect the anonymity of his victim.
