Bella Torres, a mother of two, was home alone with her two kids at their Buckeye residence in Arizona when a stranger forcefully entered the home and attacked her.
The incident happened at 6 p.m. on October 16, right after Torres’ fiancé, Zarian Dyer, left to run errands.
Torres fought off the aggressor, Adrian Ayala, 20, but not before the driveway CCTV captured a startling revelation: “Your boyfriend sent me.”
Police caught Ayala a day later and found enough evidence to support the same, leading to Dyer’s arrest on October 29.
“I guess the wedding is called off,” one user reacted.
A man choked a mother and tried to force himself after breaking into her house

On October 16, officers from the Buckeye Police Department responded to a report of an attack near Southern Avenue and Miller Road.
They learned that a “random man” poked his head through Torres’ front door minutes after Dyer left and asked to use the bathroom.
Her two-month-old son was sleeping in the bedroom, and her 1.5-year-old daughter stood behind her as she faced Ayala.

Before she could respond, the 20-year-old kicked the front door open and walked inside, where he “began to choke her by grabbing her by the neck,” the police report says.
The man fought her to the ground, kicked her daughter, and demanded she take her clothes off, Torres told the local media.

Ayala then used force to walk Torres into the bathroom and lock themselves in before “trying to undo the button on the victim’s pants but was unable to” before pawing her inappropriately.
Torres eventually managed to move the altercation outside into the driveway, where CCTV captured it.
The footage, obtained by local media, starts with Torres’ spine-chilling scream as she continues to fight with the intruder.
Evidence collected by cops suggested that the fiancé planned the attack

The CCTV caught Torres continuing to fight against Ayala, slapping him and yelling, “What the f**k is wrong with you?”
That is when Ayala makes the shocking confession. After admitting that he was under the influence of substances, he adds that Torres’ fiancé sent him.
“He told me you were into this,” Ayala says, to which Torres responds, “Yeah, right. And what’s his name?”

“I don’t know. He sent me a picture,” Ayala answers. “It was on Reddit.”
At this point, a car rolls into the driveway. Ayala takes off, running, with Torres chasing her after him. Dyer can be seen stepping out of the car and hesitantly starting to run after them.
“Why was the husband so hesitant to rush for that guy?” one user reacted to the moment.

Police picked Ayala up the next day at his Goodyear home about 15 miles away. A review of his electronic devices, as well as Dyer’s, revealed that the attacker entered into an agreement with the fiancé to violate Torres at her home.
The motive for the plan, or whether any financial exchange was involved, is still unknown.
Torres has publicly defended Dyer after his arrest amid online backlash

As the evidence came to light, cops arrested Dyer on October 29 at his workplace near Roosevelt Street and Verrado Way.
Netizens soon started to blast the fiancé online. However, in a surprising twist of events, Torres defended him. She argued that there was no substantial proof against Dyer.
In screenshots shared by Facebook users, she can be seen claiming that the “chat” Ayala showed the cops had “no connection” to her or Dyer.

“The detective said to my face they cannot put it directly on him, besides the fact that he was at the Fry’s [Food Stores] and gas station,” she wrote. “Yes, they have to arrest with probable cause. It does not mean they have proof.”
“It’s sad she still doesn’t believe it and is standing by him,” one user commented about Torres’ reaction. Another said, “No matter how much you want to demonize men, a lot of people fet*shize these scenarios.”
Ayala’s lawyer has argued in court that this was a “misunderstanding” and that his client believed it was a consensual “role-play scenario.”
According to local reports, Ayala has been charged with kidnapping, s*xual ab*se, burglary, and aggravated as*ault, and is currently out on $25,000 bond.
Dyer has been charged with aggravated as*ault, s*xual ab*se, attempted s*xual as*ault, kidnapping, and conspiracy.
