Ukraine has targeted Moscow and elsewhere in Russia in a large-scale attack that involved hundreds of drones and the first acknowledged use of ballistic missiles by Kyiv in the war.

The attack killed at least two people and damaged what Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said was one of Russia’s “key oil industry facilities” on the final day of the country’s parliamentary elections, authorities said on Sunday.
