Trump Cancels Planned Livestream Of Jon Ossoff’s Execution

WASHINGTON—Calling off the event that some had labeled “controversial,” President Donald Trump announced Friday that he was canceling the planned livestream execution of Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA). “I still believe it would have been a strong deterrent for the world to witness how America deals with Democrats,” said Trump, who stated that the incumbent U.S. senator was a “traitor,” a “bad man,” and a “very, very evil guy” for the “heinous act” of winning more than 2.2 million votes in Georgia. “Make no mistake, it’s still happening as planned. Just no livestream. I commend Pete [Hegseth] for wanting to discourage others from opposing me.” Trump went on to say he didn’t realize Ossoff wasn’t paralyzed.
