Vegas tourist who took Peachy the flamingo from hotel exhibit is found guilty of animal cruelty
Mitchell Fairbarn took the bird from the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel and Casino and carried it to his room. His lawyer said he was intoxicated and meant no harm.
