GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Glendale police said Friday they are looking for the driver who hit and killed a bicyclist and then took off earlier this month.

Investigators reviewed traffic camera video of the suspect’s car, which is a silver or light-colored 2018-23 Chevrolet Traverse with some damage to the front grille or the bumper.

The driver was on Grand Avenue near 71st Avenue when the SUV hit the bicyclist just before 2:30 a.m. on July 6, police said. The victim later died at the hospital. His name has not been released.

Police said the bicyclist was not crossing the road at a crosswalk.
