Woman pleads guilty to killing friend’s 6-week-old son, said she had compulsion to harm kids
Nicole Virzi was visiting Savannah Roberts in Pittsburgh and offered to look after her baby twins, then used that position of trust to kill one and severely injure the other, prosecutors said.
